色差/Colour Issue

由于网购的特殊性，色差问题一直存在，我们尽量都注明了每款衣服的颜色，购买的时候有疑问的话可以咨询一下客服。因为每台电脑，包括我和您的电脑的显示器的不同，以及各人感官上的区别。难免会有少部份人会提出收到的和看到的不大一样的问题，也请多多谅解。多提意见，我们下次会做的更好，实在是不能接受一点色差的朋友，我们建议您慎重购买！ 

The particularity of online shopping, color problem persists, we try to have an indication of the color of each cloth, pls feel free to consult customer service if you are in doubt & due to monitor differences on each computer, including my and yours, and also differences between each of the senses. Speak up, we will do better next time, it is unacceptable that color's friends, we recommend you carefully buy!

尺寸/Size

每款商品，上面都有相应的尺寸注明了。妈妈们可以选择宝贝们平时穿的衣服量一下,对照们我们的尺寸给宝贝们选择最合适的尺码。我们不接受因为尺寸选择不当而退货的事情！由于衣服面料的伸缩性，以及我们测量的角度和习惯的不同，难免会有出现一点误差，但是误差一般不会超过2-3CM左右的。如果对尺寸的要求精确朋友，请您慎重购买！

The measurement for the item is ONLY as reference for mothers which will be indicated on each item. Please allow there will be 2-3cm differences. We are not accept for such reason on return goods. If mothers are not acceptable, we are sorry about that.

下单/Order

请在下单后的三天之内清款，未付款的一律不留货哦！特殊情况请麻烦通知客服人员。

Please make payment within 3 days once order is confirmed. We are not keeping stock for those without payment. Any special case, please liase with customer service.

送货/Delivery

预购送货时间为3-4个星期，因为厂家发货至本店也要2个星期。收到货品后，我们再转发出去给妈妈们。请妈妈们考虑清楚才下单哦！

Delivery time will be 3-4 weeks as we need 2 weeks time to receive goods from factory. Please confirm to accept once order placed.

我们会在发货之前，再三的确认妈咪们的衣衣。如有任何送货途中遗失或损坏，本店将不负任何责任。

We will make sure the goods are correct before sending out. If any damages,lost during the delivery, sorry to inform that we are not responsible.

由于预购时间比较长，所以有可能会导致厂家缺货。但是我们会尽量要求厂家补货，真在没办法的情况下，我们会把衣衣的金额退款。
Due to Pre-Order time period is long, maybe some items will be out of stock. We will try our best to request manufacturer to re-stock. If really can not make it, full amount will be refund.

邮费/Delivery Charges

西马：首重马币7（2-3件），续重500克马币1.50。东马：首重马币10，续重马币2。

RM7 WM - about 2-3pcs for 1st weight, additional 500g RM1.50. EM: RM10 & additional RM2.
